As a Barista, you will be delivering world-class coffee, refreshing beverages, and warm hospitality. You will be the first part of a dynamic team committed to making every guest moment memorable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso-based beverages, cold brews, and specialty drinks
▸ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the café menu, seasonal offerings, and ingredients to confidently guide guests
▸ Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment in pristine condition
▸ Create a welcoming, warm atmosphere consistent with brand identity
▸ Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
▸ Assist in daily café opening and closing procedures
▸ Monitor and replenish inventory.
▸ Uphold food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
▸ Upsell food and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
▸ Minimum 1–2 years of barista or café experience
▸ Proficiency in espresso preparation, milk steaming, and latte art
▸ Strong knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
▸ Warm, energetic, and guest-first personality
▸ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
▸ Basic computer/POS system skills
▸ Food safety certification is a plus
▸ Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
▸ Fluency in English and additional languages are an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
