Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for consultative selling in the Branding, Marketing, PR, Events, or IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through various channels.
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients.
- Present and pitch Branding, Digital Marketing, PR, Events, and Growth Consulting solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Branding, PR, or Media services.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
