Birla Open Minds Pre School, Kukatpally is looking for a warm, energetic, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher for Nursery, LKG & UKG to create a nurturing, playful, and inquiry-based learning environment for children aged 2.5 to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities
1. Classroom Teaching
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons using play-way, activity-based, and Montessori methods
- Focus on phonics, storytelling, rhymes, art, craft, and gross motor activities
2. Child Development
- Ensure holistic development: Cognitive, Social, Emotional, Physical
- Observe and document each child’s progress and maintain portfolios
3. Classroom Management
- Create a safe, colorful, and engaging classroom environment
- Maintain hygiene, discipline, and routines for young learners
4. Parent Communication
- Regular updates to parents through PTMs, WhatsApp, and diary notes
- Conduct workshops to guide parents on early childhood learning
5. School Events
- Prepare children for assemblies, annual day, sports day, and celebrations
- Collaborate with team for curriculum planning and events
Must-Have Requirements
- Qualification: NTT / D.Ed / B.Ed with specialization in Early Childhood
- Experience: 1-4 Years in Pre-Primary / Montessori / IB PYP school preferre
