As we expand our footprint across India, we're looking for a driven, people-focused HR Recruiter to help us grow our team.
About the Role
We're looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting a smooth onboarding experience. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure we bring in candidates who are the right fit for our team and culture.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring plans
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Extend job offers and support new hires through onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate) and report on hiring progress
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay current on employment laws and best practices to ensure compliant hiring
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- [1–3]+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Discretion in handling confidential candidate and employee information
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
