- Master's Degree: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Applications (MCA) with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade). [1, 2]
- National Level Test: Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR, or a state-level equivalent like SLET/SET. [1, 2]
- Ph.D. Exemption: Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC guidelines are permanently exempted from clearing the NET/SLET/SET exams
