We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Telecaller & Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing front desk operations, assisting clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment records.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information about services.
- Maintain customer databases and update records regularly.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth client communication.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, services, and feedback.
- Manage emails, messages, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception environment.
