5-7+ years of experience in any of the following at a SaaS/iPaaS company:
Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services, and data transformation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in delivering technical training and certification programs, preferably in the field of cloud integration or iPaaS.
Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, including LLM orchestration, AI agents, tool use, and prompt engineering fundamentals
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Relevant certifications in iPaaS or related technologies are a plus.
- Flexibility to travel up to 30% across India (primarily), as well as Singapore and Australia.
