Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable tele caller to join our immigration services team. The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, guiding them through the immigration process, and providing information on visa options and requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of immigration policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients seeking immigration assistance and provide information on available services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries related to immigration, Tourist visas, student visas, family sponsorship, and other relevant topics.
- Educate clients about the immigration process, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Assist clients in completing forms and documentation needed for their immigration applications.
- Follow up with potential clients to gauge their interest and assist with any additional questions or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with immigration policies, procedures, and changes in regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, consultations, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure a seamless client experience and provide feedback based on client interactions.
Qualifications:
- 12th /Graduation.
- Previous experience in telesales,, customer service, or immigration consulting is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions to clients.
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping clients navigate their immigration journey.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,766.31 per month
