We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional for the role of Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant who will work closely with leadership in driving strategic initiatives, project ownership, operational excellence, and business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional coordination skills, and the capability to manage cross-functional projects with confidentiality and professionalism.
This role requires a proactive individual who can act as a bridge between leadership and teams while ensuring smooth execution of priorities, data management, strategic planning, and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Support
- Support leadership in strategic planning and execution of key business initiatives.
- Track organizational goals, business priorities, and growth projects.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare strategic reports/presentations.
- Assist in identifying business improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Project Ownership & Coordination
- Independently manage and monitor assigned projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project timelines, trackers, status reports, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Drive accountability and closure of action items across teams.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and business data.
- Analyze operational and business data to support decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of records.
- Prepare presentations, business reviews, and management summaries.
Leadership & Executive Support
- Manage leadership calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Record minutes of meetings and track execution of action points.
- Handle confidential business communication and documentation.
- Support leadership in decision-making through timely information and coordination.
Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Facilitate communication between leadership and departments.
- Build collaborative relationships across teams to improve productivity and execution.
- Coordinate internal reviews, meetings, and strategic discussions.
Growth & Process Improvement
- Assist in scaling operational processes and business systems.
- Participate in automation, workflow enhancement, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support organizational growth initiatives and change management activities.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
