Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
- Generate leads and connect with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and support business closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and business development records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, business development, freight, transportation, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Good understanding of logistics services and customer requirements.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
