At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are seeking an experienced Principal Talent Sourcer to support our client, by identifying and engaging exceptional talent across Clinical, Pharmaceutical, CRO, and Life Sciences functions.
This is an opportunity for a strategic sourcing professional who thrives in complex hiring environments, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, and excels at uncovering talent in competitive markets. You will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to design innovative sourcing strategies, leverage talent intelligence, and build high-quality pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
As a trusted sourcing advisor, you will use market insights, data-driven recommendations, and advanced sourcing techniques to shape hiring decisions and deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.
Open to hire in Pune as the primary location and Hyderabad (AMS office) as the secondary location.
- Lead sourcing across Clinical, Pharma, CRO, and Life Sciences functions, supporting hiring for Clinical Programmers, Statistical Programmers, Biostatisticians, PV/Safety, Medical Writers, Clinical Operations, CRAs, and CTMs.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using talent mapping, market intelligence, competitor insights, and workforce data.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines while proactively engaging passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to solve complex hiring challenges and deliver high-quality candidate shortlists.
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions and support workforce planning.
- Leverage ATS, CRM, and sourcing technologies to drive recruiting effectiveness while championing best practices and an exceptional candidate experience.
- 7+ years of sourcing experience within Clinical, Pharma, CRO, Life Sciences, or related sectors.
- Proven expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, direct sourcing, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Experience supporting complex and niche hiring across Clinical and Technology functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across RPO, embedded, agency, or in-house environments.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools; experience mentoring junior team members is advantageous.
