Key Responsibilities:
- Perform beauty services including facials, cleanup, waxing, threading, bleach, manicure, pedicure, and skin treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services and products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Ensure client comfort and deliver excellent customer service throughout every visit.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and beauty products.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Follow the salon's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to provide a premium customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Beautician.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, hair removal, and beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional attitude with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Beauty certification or professional training is an added advantage.
