As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the continuous liaison between clients and the system or application. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by employing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. Your role involves precisely identifying client issues and crafting effective resolutions grounded in thorough understanding of the product, thereby supporting seamless user experiences and operational stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong knowledge of system deployment, patch management, and software distribution using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application and system issues within enterprise environments.
- Ability to design and implement configuration baselines and compliance settings.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline endpoint management tasks.
- Capability to monitor system health and performance to proactively address potential disruptions.
- Must have experience in SCCM 2007, 2012, MECM Current branch, Intune , Azure Virtual Desktop Application Packaging , Collaboration Platforms (Microsoft 365, MS Teams, SharePoint etc.) ,MDM ,1E Nomad ,Aternity ,AppDeployment toolkit , ServiceNow ,Windows XP, 7 and Windows 10, Windows 11, Mansoft Software Central , Intune & Exchange online, MS Teams, Share point
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
