KEY ROLES AND RESPOSIBILIES
Ø Heading the BIM MODELER design team for MEP SERVICES.
Ø Input data to BIM MODELER for preparation of 3-D model.
Ø Clash detection and Co-ordination of services on Navisworks software.
Ø Discussion with Clients & Consultants for Approval the 3-D MEP services model.
Ø Configuring BIM 360 for new projects, ensuring the correct folders, permissions, and workflows are set up.
Ø Managing project documentation, ensuring version control, and handling document approvals, submittals, RFIs (requests for information), and more.
Ø Lookafter quality management processes, ensuring issues and inspections are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
Ø Ensuring all project data is properly organized, including models, documents, and field reports.
Ø Monitoring the progress of the project, ensuring timelines are met, and that all involved teams are staying aligned with the BIM processes.
Pay: ₹25,195.70 - ₹92,471.98 per month
