SEFORGE is looking for an experienced HR - Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in factory compliance, contractor compliance, statutory audits, and liaison with government authorities in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage statutory compliances including EPF, ESI, CLRA, Factory Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour legislations.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, licences, and renewals.
- Monitor contractor compliance, including statutory documentation and labour law adherence.
- Coordinate statutory audits, inspections, and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
- Track amendments to labour laws and implement compliance requirements across the organization.
- Prepare compliance reports and MIS for management review.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW in HR, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, or a Diploma in Labour Laws is preferred.
- Experience: 5–8 Years
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws.
- Experience in Factory & Contractor Compliance.
- Statutory audit and documentation expertise.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP/ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
