About India Sales
India Sales function within Tally focuses on driving high quality customer engagement at scale. What You Will Own
The AGM–TX Operations leads and manages a group of Tally Xcelerators (TXs) within a designated zone, ensuring effective mentoring and growth of Tally partners and businesses. The role focuses on driving disciplined monthly execution, conducting reviews, and enabling course corrections in collaboration with regional teams. It also promotes profitability by guiding TXs in developing and evaluating strong quarterly business plans.
AGM–TX Operations supports expansion into SMEs, strengthens service delivery, and fosters continuous improvement and innovation. TXs provide end-to-end advisory support across sales, hiring, training, customer experience, process optimization, marketing, financial planning, and business growth, ensuring sustainable revenue and year-on-year growth.
Experience You Should Bring
- Complete understanding of B2B purchasing behaviours and their market. Ability to translate market trends and competitor movements into actionable sales strategies
- Proficiency in project management including overseeing multiple engagements/services simultaneously and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Someone with a foundation in business consulting can act as a Business Advisor to the partners.
- Good conflict resolution skills and negotiation skills.
- Strong people development skills, ability to coach and mentor partners to identify their unique strengths and skill gaps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confident leadership-level presentation abilities.
- Critical reasoning and analytical skills where there is an ability to dissect complex business problems.
What You Will Be Doing
- You will spearhead the planning and execution of monthly service deliverables across all TXs in the West Zone, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Your responsibility extends to enhancing the performance parameters of TallyXcelerators, focusing on metrics such as Partner Happiness Index, the effectiveness of development and growth programs, upward mobility of partners, and the expansion of TX ecosystem.
- You will oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the TallyXcelerators, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- A key aspect of your role will be to drive the adoption of Business Advisory Services for TXs among partners within our ecosystem and beyond.
- Create a pool of resources for a TX to outsource any specialized work in the zone.
- Facilitating continuous learning and development among TX resources will be essential, ensuring they stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver exceptional service.
- Conducting gap analyses and providing targeted training programs for partners will be critical to enhancing their skills, capabilities, and overall performance within the ecosystem.
- You will work closely with other teams within the organization, fostering seamless coordination and synergy to maximize operational efficiency and deliver holistic solutions to our partners in the West Zone
- Work in co-ordination with other respective teams in the south.
