Job Description Position: Solar Engineer / Business Development Engineer Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Solar Engineer who can handle complete solar project activities from lead conversion to project execution. The candidate will be responsible for client handling, site visits, technical discussions, project coordination, liaison work, and successful execution of solar projects. Key Responsibilities: Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed solar projects. Conduct site visits and prepare feasibility reports. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solar solutions. Prepare project proposals, quotations, and technical presentations. Coordinate with clients for project finalization and approvals. Handle liaisoning work related to DISCOM, net metering, and government approvals. Manage project execution and coordinate with installation teams. Ensure timely completion of projects with quality standards. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material requirements. Resolve technical and site-related issues. Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support. Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills. Knowledge of Solar PV systems and project execution. Ability to manage client meetings and site handling. Knowledge of net metering and liaison processes. Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, electrical drawings, and solar calculations preferred. Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field. Experience: 1–5 years experience in solar industry preferred. Fresher with good communication and technical knowledge can also apply. Preferred Candidate Profile: Capable of handling projects independently. Ready for field visits and client meetings. Experience in rooftop solar projects preferred. Salary & Benefits: Attractive salary + incentives on project conversion. Travel allowance and growth opportunities.
