Job Description
PNT Robotics & Automation Solutions LLP is looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering and Product Development team. The role involves mechanical design, fabrication, assembly and testing of components and systems for robotics and automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design mechanical components, assemblies, structures and enclosures using SolidWorks.
- Create 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings and BOMs.
- Work on fabrication processes such as welding, sheet-metal fabrication, machining, laser/CNC cutting and 3D printing.
- Coordinate with fabrication and manufacturing vendors.
- Support prototype development, assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
- Inspect fabricated components and ensure they meet design requirements.
- Identify and resolve mechanical design and fabrication issues.
- Work with electrical, electronics, robotics and software teams for system integration.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Good knowledge of SolidWorks and mechanical design.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Strong hands-on and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a practical workshop and project environment.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant academic projects, SolidWorks knowledge or hands-on fabrication experience will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge or experience in robotics, automation, CNC machining, sheet-metal fabrication, 3D printing, GD&T or ANSYS will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
