Job Description:
We are hiring a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to connect with potential leads, explain our services, and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle incoming inquiries professionally
- Explain services and guide customers
- Follow up with interested leads
- Maintain call records and customer data
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Bengali, Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
