We are currently expanding our sales team to support our upcoming luxury residential and villa developments.

Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, well-spoken, and customer-focused sales professionals who can effectively represent the ONEX brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with:
- Premium home buyers
- Channel partners
- Walk-in customers
- Referral customers
- Corporate professionals
The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a passion for luxury sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Attend and manage customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads
- Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and lifestyle offerings to customers
- Conduct project presentations and site visits
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to drive closures
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Deliver a premium and professional customer experience
- Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle
CRM & Reporting
- Update leads and customer interactions in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales processes
- Maintain sales reports and follow-up schedules
Brand Representation
- Represent ONEX professionally at project sites, events, and exhibitions
- Ensure communication aligns with the premium positioning of the brand
