Job Summary
Assist with the FY25 HOM NA Phone Lifecycle project.
Responsibilities will include assisting with knowledge
gathering, hands-on configuration, attending project
meetings, helping to coordinate project activities,
contributing to technical decisions, and assisting as
needed with any other task associated with this project
that is assigned to the account voice and video team.
- Assist as needed with any voice and video team project which may arise involving configuration changes, enhancements, or migrations for Cisco Contact Centre Express or WebEx Contact Centre.
- Attends team meetings and assisting with project related tasks assigned to the team as needed.
- Assist as needed with any tier 4 level project related voice support incidents in the account voice and video team.

Other Requirements
