We are seeking a motivated IT Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to coordinate and manage IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into project plans.
-Coordinate tasks between development, infrastructure, QA, and support teams.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks or blockers.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to management.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, methodologies (like Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).
- Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or coordination role.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
