About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Manager to oversee the scheduling, planning, and tracking of goods dispatch in our plywood, laminates, wood veneer, and hardware outlet. This role will ensure smooth dispatch operations, timely deliveries, accurate data verification, and strong client management. The Dispatch Manager will also act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate between internal teams, transporters, and management.
Client Management
- Register new clients and maintain updated client records. Handle client WhatsApp groups and ensure query resolution within 30 minutes.
- Act as a PR manager for clients during onboarding and provide timely updates on dispatches, pending orders, and delivery challans
Dispatch & Material Tracking
- Maintain and update daily material tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters; escalate delays beyond 4 working days.
- Track and update daily and pending dispatch sheets in the attention group.
Verification & Stock Management
- Verify all Sales, Purchase entries, Delivery Challans (DC), Credit/Debit Notes, and Quotations prepared by the junior accountant before system entry.
- Perform monthly stock reordering and highlight overstocking or frequent stock-out issues to senior management.
Performance & Process Improvement
- Monitor dispatch accuracy, closure rates, and perceived vs actual delivery times.
- Track and reduce dispatch errors through regular analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth daily dispatch closure against planned targets.
Daily sales, purchase, entry verification
- Verify daily sales, purchase accounting entries.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations management (preferred, not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Excel; and Tally ERP.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate across functions, and deliver under deadlines.

Supervises: Dispatch Team and Coordinates with Junior Accountant
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
