About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer with experience in land development projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and have hands-on experience working on U.S.-based projects. The role involves designing and preparing complete civil plan sets, including grading, utilities, lot grading, and corridor modeling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop grading designs, utility designs (Plan & Profiles), and lot grading plans for land development projects.
- Create and manage Corridor modeling using Civil 3D.
- Prepare comprehensive civil plan sets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support project deliverables.
- Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct quality control checks to maintain design accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Hydraflow, HydroCAD, and HEC-RAS for stormwater and drainage analysis.
- Understanding of hydrology and hydraulic modeling.
- Prior experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in civil design(Land Development domain).
- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D.
- Excellent communication skills.
