Position Overview: : We are currently seeking a talented and experienced proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, obtaining product quotations, and creating customized proposals for our customers based on their specific requirements. This role will involve extensive communication with vendors, effective negotiation skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Role / Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with vendors and suppliers of home automation products.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain product specifications, pricing, and quotations in a timely manner.
- Analyze vendor quotations and negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitive pricing and favourable terms for our customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Create customized proposals for customers based on their specific needs, incorporating the most suitable products and solutions from our vendors.
- Present proposals to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and finalize sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor communications, quotations, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and new product offerings from vendors.
Qualifications and Requirements::
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales, vendor management, or procurement roles, preferably in the home automation or technology industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of home automation systems and smart home technologies is a plus.

Customer Focus: Vital customer-centric approach for understanding needs, preferences, and tailoring proposals to meet specific requirements while providing exceptional service.
Attention to Detail: Essential detail-oriented approach for accurately analysing product specifications, pricing, and creating customized proposals.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills needed for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing activities, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Effective collaboration with the sales team and other internal departments is essential for aligning strategies and delivering cohesive solutions.
Problem-Solving Skills: Crucial ability to identify issues, address challenges, and find creative solutions to meet customer requirements and drive successful outcomes.

Education Qualification: BE / Electrical Engineering in Any Specialization / Computer Science / Graduation with relevant experience.

Working hours - 9:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday
