Responsibilities:
About the role
We have a role for an Associate Director - Finance Operations to oversee day-to-day accounting transactions & Data operations for US agency. This might be a great fit if have strong accounting skills and would to be part of leading a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global Finance Teams
Global Accounting & Close Management

Lead month-end, quarter-end, year-end close and forecasting activities for global centre entities including intercompany transactions, corporate allocations, recharge accounting, and affiliate billings.

Review and approve accruals, journal entries, true-ups, transfer pricing adjustments, FX reclassifications, credit memos, and recharge transactions.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Working capital/Cash forecasting, following up with agencies to ensure timely submission and data entry for non-active agencies
Intercompany & Allocation Governance

Own and govern Management Service Fee (MSF), GIS, and other corporate allocation programs across 100+ global entities.

Lead resolution of intercompany out-of-balance issues and drive timely settlement of intercompany transactions.

Partner with Regional Controllers, Treasury, Tax, and Shared Service teams to ensure accuracy of allocations, billings, and reconciliations.

Financial Controls, Compliance & Audit

Establish and maintain strong financial controls over allocations, recharges, and intercompany processes.

Support internal, external, statutory, and tax audits by providing analysis, documentation, and issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies, withholding tax requirements, and corporate accounting guidelines.
Reporting, Analysis & Business Partnering

Review balance sheet reconciliations, open AR reports, allocation summaries, variance analyses, and management reports.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Act as a key business partner to Corporate Finance, Regional CFOs, Controllers, Tax, Treasury, and Shared Service leadership teams.
Qualifications:
This may be the right role for you if you have:

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field with 14+ years of experience in accounting operations. Must have led a group of accountants.

Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new accounting software’s.

Having Knowledge of US GAAP.

Advanced Excel skills are required including knowledge of pivot tables, V-lookups and conditional formulas.

Aptitude be proactive, a team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and communicate effectively within and outside Accounting department

Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
