Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply. Experienced recruiters will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, while freshers will receive guidance and training to develop recruitment expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
· Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer management, and onboarding support.
· Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
· Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
· Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
· Candidates with up to 2+ years of recruitment experience will have an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
· Exposure to IT and/or Non-IT Recruitment.
· Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, or similar platforms is an advantage.
· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
