We are looking for a talented, dedicated & customer-focused Tele Caller to join our growing travel team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and provide details about our travel services
- Promote and follow up on Domestic & International Tour Packages
- Assist customers with Umrah Packages & Holy Travel Services
- Manage enquiries for UAE Job Seekers Programs
- Coordinate leads for Medical Tourism Services
- Build strong customer relationships and convert enquiries into bookings
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain professional communication
Requirements:
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam (additional languages preferred)
✅ Customer handling & sales experience preferred
✅ Positive attitude, dedication & willingness to achieve targets
✅ Basic computer knowledge
