We are looking for a dynamic and technically qualified Sales Executive to drive business growth in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, providing technical solutions, and achieving sales targets across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, OEMs, contractors, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Generate inquiries, convert leads, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Prepare sales forecasts, visit reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial sales, or business development.
- Candidates from Cement, Steel, Paints, Manufacturing, Engineering Products, Industrial Equipment, Construction Materials, Automotive Components, or related industries are preferred.
- Strong technical understanding and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
