The HR Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all Human Resource functions of the school, ensuring smooth administration, compliance, employee engagement, recruitment, and policy implementation in alignment with the school’s vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of teaching, administrative, and support staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Handle employee documentation including appointment letters, contracts, confirmations, increments, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS data.
- Oversee payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure timely completion of probation reviews, performance appraisals, and contract renewals.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Coordinate staff training, professional development programs, and orientation sessions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, school policies, and educational board requirements.
- Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
- Prepare HR reports, staffing data, and MIS as required by the management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Coordinate with department heads for staffing requirements and operational support.
- Monitor discipline, workplace ethics, and code of conduct within the organization.
- Lead and supervise the HR department and administrative HR functions.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
