We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Associate - Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute across multiple areas of technology and business execution. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants hands-on exposure to real projects involving software development, AI tools, WhatsApp automation, client coordination, and requirement gathering.
The candidate should be confident, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of tasks while supporting the team in day-to-day technical and functional work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in frontend, backend, and full-stack development tasks
- Work with VS Code and support development workflows
- Help integrate and test APIs and backend services
- Support projects involving AI agents, automation, and business workflows
- Assist in building and managing WhatsApp flows and related customer journeys
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand, document, and execute requirements
- Travel when needed to capture client requirements and understand business processes on-site
- Support testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment activities
- Learn new tools, platforms, and frameworks as required by projects
- Contribute proactively with a problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of frontend, backend, and full-stack concepts
- Familiarity with VS Code
- Basic knowledge of APIs and how systems connect
- Interest in working with AI agents, automation, and modern tech workflows
- Awareness of WhatsApp-based process flows or willingness to learn quickly
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Confidence in interacting with clients or stakeholders when required
- Willingness to travel for requirement gathering and project support
