Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Andheri West / Bandra West, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Follow up with existing clients for feedback and repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support)
- Maintain CRM database and update client interactions regularly
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in CRM / customer handling / client servicing
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days working)
