Matrix Group is looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive for our ASUS Exclusive Store in Manjeri.
The selected candidate will attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable ASUS products, explain specifications and offers, and convert enquiries into sales.
The role mainly involves selling ASUS laptops, gaming laptops, desktops, accessories, monitors, and related IT products.
Minimum two years of retail sales experience is mandatory.
Candidates currently residing in Manjeri or nearby areas will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend showroom customers professionally and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable ASUS laptops and other products based on customer needs and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, performance, warranty, pricing, and available offers.
- Demonstrate laptops, gaming products, accessories, and other showroom products.
- Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in retail sales is mandatory.
- Experience in laptop, computer, mobile, electronics, home appliance, automobile, or other showroom sales is preferred.
- Previous experience in laptop or IT product sales will be an added advantage.
- Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, Degree, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent.
- Good customer-handling, product-presentation, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication ability.
- Basic knowledge of laptops, computers, gaming products, and technology is preferred.
- Must be confident, energetic, disciplined, and presentable.
- Should be comfortable working with individual and showroom sales targets.
- Willing to learn ASUS product specifications, offers, finance schemes, and sales techniques.
- Must be able to travel daily to the Manjeri showroom without difficulty.
Location Requirement
This vacancy is for the ASUS Exclusive Store in Manjeri.
Candidates should preferably be residing in Manjeri or nearby areas only within convenient daily travelling distance
