We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers for our US Healthcare process. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls with US customers, explaining healthcare-related products/services, and generating sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
### Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to US customers regarding healthcare products and services.
* Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
* Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
* Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines for US healthcare processes.
* Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with the sales and support team when required.
### Required Skills
* Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work in night shifts.
* Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement capability.
* Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or US healthcare sales is preferred.
