Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmations, and HR-related correspondence.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefit records.
- Support statutory compliance activities, including PF, ESIC, and labour law requirements.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
- Assist in employee engagement, training, and performance appraisal activities.
Ticketing & Travel Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international flight bookings for employees, management, and seafarers.
- Coordinate crew change travel arrangements, including embarkation and repatriation travel.
- Liaise with travel agents, airlines, and service providers for reservations and amendments.
- Arrange hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and other travel requirements when required.
- Monitor travel schedules and communicate updates to relevant departments.
- Handle urgent travel changes, cancellations, and re-bookings.
- Maintain travel records, itineraries, and supporting documentation.
- Verify travel invoices and coordinate with the Accounts Department for processing.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
