We are looking for a Sr. HR Recruiter with experience in IT and Non-IT hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing profiles through job portals, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and closing positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle IT & Non-IT recruitment
- Source candidates through portals, references, and social media
- Conduct screening and interview coordination
- Follow up with candidates and clients
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain reports
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring process
