1. Operate CNC/Manual bending machines, press brakes, and tube bending equipment.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
3. Set up bending machines by selecting the correct tooling, dies, and materials.
4. Adjust bending angles, pressure, and back gauges to achieve required tolerances.
5. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions, misalignment, or material defects.
6. Perform quality checks using measuring instruments (calipers, protractors, micrometers, etc.).
7. Maintain tight tolerances and surface finishes as per job requirements.
8. Follow safety procedures and quality control guidelines in compliance with ISO 9001, ASME, or industry standards.
9. Perform basic machine maintenance, including lubrication and tool replacement.
Keep detailed records of production, inspection, and machine operation logs.
