We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer who doesn't just make beautiful designs but understands storytelling, branding, and user attention.
Your Role
As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for bringing ideas to life across digital platforms. From social media campaigns and brand identities to presentations and marketing creatives, you'll play a key role in shaping how our brands communicate with the world.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, loves experimenting with creative ideas, and wants to build designs that create real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create visually appealing presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Develop brand identities, logos, brand guidelines, and visual systems.
- Design brochures, event creatives, banners, standees, certificates, and print materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Design creatives for campaigns, product launches, workshops, hackathons, podcasts, and institutional events.
- Maintain consistency across multiple brands within the Enhanceyaa ecosystem.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, color systems, and AI-powered design tools.
Skills We're Looking For
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Experience with Figma is a plus.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, composition, and branding.
- Ability to design both digital and print assets.
- Attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
Bonus Skills
- Motion Graphics (After Effects)
- Video Editing (Premiere Pro or CapCut)
- UI/UX Design
- AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT-assisted workflows.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing.

Compensation
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills, experience, and portfolio).
