We’re Hiring: Senior HR Manager (10+ Years Experience)
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our HR function and drive people-focused strategies across the organization. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and overall HR operations. The candidate will also be responsible for driving performance management systems, ensuring HR compliance with labor laws, and leading employee engagement and retention initiatives. In addition, the role includes managing compensation and benefits coordination, supporting payroll processes, and working closely with leadership on HR strategy and organizational development.
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential, along with the ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR tools and systems is also expected.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
