The HR Manager oversees all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and policy implementation. The role ensures a positive work environment and supports organizational goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Oversee performance appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage compensation and benefits programs
- Support organizational development and employee engagement
- Prepare HR reports and documentation

Qualifications

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
