We are looking for an experienced Techno Commercial Manager to lead the execution of premium modular kitchen projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in kitchen installation, site coordination, MEP coordination, and managing installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end modular kitchen installation projects.
- Coordinate with clients, site teams, contractors, and internal departments.
- Plan and supervise installation schedules and manpower.
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and site readiness checks.
- Coordinate MEP requirements prior to installation.
- Lead and manage installation teams across multiple project sites.
- Review technical drawings and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Maintain project documentation and provide progress updates to management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in modular kitchen installation and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and site execution.
- Experience in managing installation teams.
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
