Cleverwave Techsolution Private Limited is looking for a Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to identify potential business customers, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The role involves outbound calling, prospect research, and maintaining customer information in the CRM.
This position is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to businesses to introduce our services.
- Identify potential customers and qualify business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Generate prospect data using LinkedIn, Google Search, company websites, and other publicly available sources.
- Research companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and updates.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to business customers.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and internet browsing.
- Ability to conduct online research and collect business information.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (final-year students may also apply).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or customer service.
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage but not mandatory.

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
