We are hiring Junior MIS Executive for our MIS team at our corporate office.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and update data from various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders as per business requirements.
- Support the Accounts & Finance team by providing required MIS reports and analytical data.
- Maintain databases and reporting files while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports required by insurers, brokers, corporates, and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather data and reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
- Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues to the reporting manager for resolution.
- Support report automation initiatives and process improvement activities.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by management.
- Maintain proper documentation of MIS processes, formats, and reporting schedules.
- Work closely with IT and operational teams to ensure smooth report generation and data flow.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Basic understanding of data management and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of the Health Insurance / TPA industry will be an added advantage.
Important Note:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
