About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of our presence across India’s leading e-commerce platforms. You will be managing the end-to-end operations for two distinct brands: Inaya Accessories (Demi-fine jewelry) and Label Aaina (Premium comfort sleepwear).
This is a pivotal role focused on scaling revenue, optimizing listings, and expanding our footprint. We currently operate on major platforms like Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio, and have an aggressive roadmap to onboard several new high-growth marketplaces. If you are an expert at navigating seller panels, boosting ROAS, and managing multi-channel operations, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all existing marketplaces, including Myntra, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, Amazon, Knot Now, Eternz, and POP.
- Expansion & Onboarding: Lead the integration and launch of our brands on upcoming platforms, including Flipkart, Aza, JioMart, Zepto, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, and Tata CLiQ.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Listing & Cataloging: Oversee the quality of product listings, ensuring SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and high-quality imagery across all platforms.
- Inventory & Operations: Manage stock health and replenishment cycles to ensure zero out-of-stock scenarios and maintain high seller ratings.
- Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute marketplace marketing calendars, managing ad spends and participating in site-wide sale events to maximize visibility and sales.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics (Sales, ROAS, Conversion Rates, and Market Trends) to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Indian e-commerce marketplaces (specifically Fashion, Jewelry, or Lifestyle categories).
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record of scaling brands on Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Amazon.
- Operational Proficiency: Deep understanding of seller panels, logistics coordination, and marketplace-specific algorithms.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets to track numbers and drive data-led decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage two brands with different target audiences and product cycles simultaneously.
- Goal-Oriented: A "hustler" mindset with a focus on hitting revenue targets and operational excellence.
