We are looking for an energetic Salon Managers to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise salon staff including stylists, therapists, and reception teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
- Monitor appointment scheduling, client flow, and staff productivity.
- Drive retail product sales and service revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor salon team members.
- Maintain service quality standards and hygiene protocols.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Implement salon promotions, membership programs, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Aged between 20-29
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and salon management software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a premium salon or spa.
- Knowledge of salon services, beauty products, and retail sales.
- Experience in staff training and performance management.
