Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling to students across all age groups
- Address emotional, behavioural, social, and academic issues
- Conduct workshops on mental well-being, conflict resolution, time management, etc.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and the pastoral team to support student development
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of sessions
- Promote a safe and inclusive school environment
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s / Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Counselling / Child Development or equivalent
- Prior experience in a school or child-focused setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach
- Ability to adapt to a residential school environment
