Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Manage prospecting, retargeting, and scaling strategies.
- Build and optimize audience targeting using interest, lookalike, and custom audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test ad creatives, hooks, messaging, and UGC content.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with Fashion or D2C brands.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify and basic Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Exposure to influencer-led and UGC-based marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing high-budget ad accounts and scaling profitable campaigns.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
