Job Responsibilities
- Connect with IT professionals and understand their career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely follow-ups.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information in ATS/CRM systems.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to placement.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to match candidates with suitable opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/ATS is a plus).
- Willingness to work in the US Shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, Career Counseling, Customer Service, BPO, Sales or Education Counseling.
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills are encouraged to apply.
