The Opportunity
We are seeking self-motivated B2B Sales Professionals, Channel Partners, and
Independent Account Executives to expand our user base. This is a 100% remote,
high-flexibility role. If you already have a network of business owners, sales leaders, or
agency founders, this role provides a high-converting product and a lucrative payout
structure for closing subscriptions.
Compensation & Incentives
High Commission Payouts: Earn 20% to 25% commission on every closed
account.
Recurring Income: Commission paid monthly for 2 to 5 months per client, scaled
directly by the team size and total seats sold.

Responsibilities
Prospect and engage business decision-makers (Founders, VPs of Sales, Agency
Owners) who need a better CRM and automated prospecting setup.
Conduct product walk-throughs or pitch the value of Work.ai to potential clients.
Manage the sales cycle from cold outreach to subscription signup.
Maintain clear communication with the core Work.ai team on pipeline progress.
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS selling, cold calling, or agency outreach.
Strong understanding of sales processes, outreach automation, and CRM software.
Self-starter mindset with the drive to hunt and close independent leads.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay: ₹10,464.10 - ₹74,762.16 per month
