Responsibilities
* System Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day health of the ERP environment, managing user permissions, updates, and troubleshooting technical glitches.
* Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Sales to translate business needs into system configurations.
* Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all modules.
* Training & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, developing training manuals and leading workshops to increase system adoption.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
